Home Equity Program
- Our company is owned and operated by licensed Real Estate professionals, which allows us to also assist you in the purchase of a house, town home, or condo. Through our Exclusive Buyer's Agency, we can offer you 10-25% of the rent you pay for an apartment toward the purchase of a home ( View Guidelines ). The percentage you receive is based on the kind of apartment you rent and the value of the home you purchase.

- When do I have to buy my home to be eligible for the Program?
Most of our clients purchase a home within 1-2 years of becoming an Apartment Locating client with us. However, we have no formal policy on this so we're flexible.
- Are there any hidden costs to me?
No. The builder or seller pays all commissions during the purchase transaction. Representation costs you nothing and does not affect the sales price.
- Are there any restrictions on where I can live?
No. You can live in any apartment community and we will accumulate your credits. You can also choose any home you want new or existing.
- Does this mean my rent is higher to cover this program?
No. This program does not affect your rental rates at all.
